10 October (aka 10/10/10): The "I love it so much I want to marry it" Chicago Marathon. This race turned out as expected: badly 5:46

19 September: ING NYC Marathon Tune-up 18m Pretty solid training run. Not setting any speed records at 3:30:xx

11 September: FITNESS 4m race A new 4m PR in 39:29

22 August: Battle of Brooklyn 10m I was injured. It stunk.

8 August: Sgt. Keith A. Ferguson 5k run Across the Brooklyn Bridge Okay, tired legs, no chip mat at start 30:41

24 June: AHA Wall St. Run 3m I hit a WALL on WALL Street. 29:59 or something like that.

12 June: Mini 10k I'm racing too much. Not a very good one.

16 May: NYPD Memorial Run 5k New PR! 28:33

2 May: Riverdale Y the Ramble 10k. This race was tough. 1:10:53.
